At Epitera, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging, when possible.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Unless otherwise stated, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.epitera@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
